Shipping Costs and Delivery

Shipping costs within Germany are a flat rate of €8.50 for all products.

When purchasing a hookah, shipping costs within Germany are completely waived.

For deliveries outside Germany, higher shipping costs apply. These will be clearly displayed to you in the checkout. Please note that free shipping for hookahs only applies within Germany.

Delivery Times

For items in stock, the delivery time is:

• Within Germany: approx. 3–5 business days

• Outside Germany: approx. 10–14 business days

For DLC-coated products, the delivery time can be up to 60 days, regardless of the delivery country.

Shipping Process

Your order will be processed as quickly as possible after receipt of payment. Shipping takes place from Monday to Friday (except on public holidays) and is then handed over to our logistics partners.

Payment Information

The available payment methods will be displayed in the checkout. Shipping will generally only occur after receipt of payment.
